In Helena, I thought it was-
"I am Mary"
Instead of
"Can you hear me"

"So why don't you blow me a kiss before she goes?" Is the actual lyric. It says so in the little booklet you get with the album; I checked just then.

Age: 32 Gender: Female Posts: 3176 | January 14th, 2007 at 04:53pm in the lyrics for 'blood' (ie: untitled track) does he sing 'a celebrated man amongst the girlies' or 'a celebrated man amongst the gurnies'?
my sister thinks it's 'girlies' which would make more sense, but i think it sounds more like he's singing something like 'gurnies', but it could just be his accent. |
