Yeah, like I'm Not Okay..."You sang the words but don't know what it means".......but songs reach people at different levels, right? Gerard wrote the album about killing...whatsername....can't remember.
Anyways. Favourite song, too. |

Age: 33 Gender: Female Posts: 162 | October 3rd, 2005 at 04:14pm I think by popularity, I'm Not Okay (I Promise) can be related to anyone. It's a good f--- you song.
I haven't heard anything off of their first album except for "Vampires Will Never Hurt You", but I can't really relate to that song.
I'm Not Okay (I Promise) would have to be mine. |

Disenchanted_Faerie Killjoy
Age: 37 Gender: Female Posts: 78 | October 3rd, 2005 at 07:51pm I can totally relate to "Thank You for the Venom". Apparently it's supposed to be about people preaching their religion to others and any time a religious group on campus promoting their organizations or whatever they always seem to find me. Every friggin' time! I've had a Mormon guy come up to me and try to get my room number and stuff so he could come and "discuss" the Book of Mormon with me. AUGH! |
