I'd go for MCR 
If the friend was understanding, they would get over it.
You could always have another party for them later... or you could just find more friends  |

But MCR will always be there,no matter what.....even if they're no longer a band(God forbid) their music is still in your hands and all their messages and everything they've done is still there.....a best friend leaves shit for you to look back on. |

This person, has never been in any MCR concert because there are none in his/her country. Fortunately, there will be an MCR concert in her area..too bad, the concert coincides with the "special" birthday of his/her bestfriend. The person's presence in his/her bestfriends party would really mean a lot to the bestfriend. So, if you were the person? Where would you go, the concert or the party?
I would buy them a ticket too and that'd be my special present!

my other best friends are fans of MCR too so i don't think i would have to choose although alot of my friends do dislike them
but music lasts longer than friends so if i had to it would definitley be the concert and i'd probably have a party with the friend after |
