i tried preordering the DVD,
and i got errors,
tried again,
and they still charged me.
so if you get an error,
don't do anything again.
i don't know if i'll get my money back,
but we've contacted them so we'll see.
so, just a heads up.
i'm so fucking pissed about this. ><

A heads up for anyone from outside the US who's trying to pre-order the new MCR DVD from the website - it's been declining orders due to incorrect billing details and then charging people for them anyway. So if you've tried more than once, it may have actually charged you for each attempt. Please check your credit statements/with your banks, and contact them as soon as possible if you think you have been charged in error.
So far at least two people have been charged multiple times, for very large amounts.
You can email Warner customer service on wbrcustserv@emsi.echomail.com if you think you may have been overcharged. |

good point. i completely overlooked the fact that they didnt have any of the official videos on it. hmm. makes me wonder if they are going to release another dvd with the videos.
and i would have really like to see the revenge portion of their mexico set. especially since the pics posted on their news portion appears to be from the revenge set.
