If I were to take a guess ...
I'd say this one is Gerard's. It's completely overdone and it seems like he'd be the type to put way too much effort into something like this 
Mikey's?? I dunno why. Just getting a Mikey-esque vibe about this one ... lol
Possibly Frankie's. It's kinda wacky and the pattern on the eyes reminds me of Frank's old X's 
Bob! "Ok. I made my mask. You happy? Can I be done now?" lol
That leaves this one for Ray. I could kinda see that I guess ...
That's just my opinion
At first I really wanted the special addition, but then I thought, $60 is not cheap ... and then I'll have a wooden "coffin" and a mask lying around my room with no idea what to do with either ...
So I think I'll just wait for the DVD to come out in stores.
