I thought it was just a $2 service charge for doing the whole email tickets thing (where they email a .pdf with the tickets in it to you). In my experience, that's all it's been, anyways. Unless they've changed it since last month or so?
my last ticketmaster purchase:
MADULT Tickets US $63.25 x 1
Total Convenience Charge(s) US $11.85 x 1
Total Building Facility Charge(s) US $1.75 x 1
Order Processing Charge US $3.40
TOTAL CHARGES US $80.25
i've had lower cost tickets that have come out nearly doubled with the ticketmaster fees!! they are kind of the devil
exactly, that's why I try to go elsewhere whenever I can |

That's weird. The tix at the Portland venue were only $35 and I got them at ticketmaster. The total cost was only $10 more than your cost for a single ticket. What the hell is a "building facility charge????"
I'm happy though, I thought I couldn't go but the concert turned out to be during Spring Break and my parents were willing to drive 200 miles south.
To all you people who don't know the Portland venue tickets are on sale now! |

Age: 43 Gender: Female Posts: 5099 | February 22nd, 2008 at 01:56pm Does anyone know anything about Ticketmaster requiring passwords in order to purchase presale tickets, and if so, where that information can be found? |
deafening_silence Thinking Happy Thoughts
Age: - Gender: - Posts: 409 | February 22nd, 2008 at 02:08pm the password would be in some type of email. sometimes it's from a radio station or from a street team or something of that nature.
hope that helps |

deafening_silence, do you know if there are any passwords being required by any of the sites at this time, and if so, what they are, or where I can find them, because of the e-mails and/or bulletins I've received have contained any. |
deafening_silence Thinking Happy Thoughts
Age: - Gender: - Posts: 409 | February 22nd, 2008 at 02:47pm if a radio station is sponsoring the show, signing up for the station's street team or email list is how I got passwords for presales and such.
example: kroq emails presale passwords
well, from a quick check, it looks like the clevland show at agora requires some kind of password for today. it says there's a k-rock radio password. check their website for more details. maybe they have something there.
(i cant access the website from work.) |

Age: 51 Gender: Male Posts: 7 | February 22nd, 2008 at 04:07pm Anyone have an idea for a setlist? Is it pretty even from album to album? Mostly stuff from the Black Parade? Since this is a smaller venues tour is this a "let's not play anything oof of the Black Parade" kinda thing?
Anyone know? |
