i love when they're playing kickball in the arena and frank says "it's a kickball game, and i think we're winning, but i'm really drunk, so i don't know..." or when the reporter asks him about the dark imagry and he goes "well, he (gerard) always makes me wear these gloves... nah, i'm kidding." or...

DEFINITIVE LIST OF MOMENTS I LOVED:
The Christmas scene-they all looked like little kids, especially Frank and his X-Box.
The fashion montage...they're all doing feminine stuff trying to be studly about it (sewing, hair straightening, "FUCK, I forgot hand sanitizer!", eyeshadow)
"I killed so many plants..." (I felt bad for laughing, but it was funny...)
Ray signing a guy's moob and covering his face
Five words-Direct. Shot. Of. Frank's. Crotch. And him talking about his pants
The crotch-kicking scene. I still have no idea what that was about.

my mom hasntl let me see the video diary let, shes gonna watch it first, but i saw the other disk and i loved on the Making of Helena when frank says "its always awkward...its always awkward to pretend to play.you know? kinda feel like Ashlee Simson." i loved that part.
