I like My Electric Heart ;D And Mike Peralta.
Though I'm not sure if they're particularly "unheard of"?

The Ark.
It's Swedish rock band, and they're amazing.
They have the sassiest frontman ever (yes, he's worse than Gerard!)

I swear, no one I ever talk to has heard of Sum 41. They're a Canadian punk band whose songs include "Fat Lip," "Still Waiting," "No Reason," "We're All To Blame," "Underclass Hero," "Screaming Bloody Murder" and "Blood In My Eyes." They're a really great band.

These all seem like pretty well known bands to me apart from illScarlett.
Brand New are one of my absolute favourite bands and I also love Cancer Bats.

Lacuna Coil, but especially

Stabbing Westward. (I've only met like two other fans in my life! are there any more here???)

oh, and I guess I've gotta add a local band (former)...but that's tmi. oh man! they were awesome though! With one particularly awesome song and title. They are part of what I remember when I think and hear of MCR! <3

the only bands on this page that I've heard of Rammstein and Sum41
