It's obviously based on the story of Romeo and Juliet. Romeo (Ronnie) sings in a band that plays in Juliet's (Mandy) cafe. And eventually, they fall in love. Then dun dun dunnnn, one night Juliet goes on a rage because she found Romeo's plane ticket for touring. As they are very deeply in love, she couldn't let him go, because, yes, touring causes shit to relationships. So she offers him to drink some poison thing so they can die and stay together forever in a better place. And they did.
