So now we have a Fazzi!!!
And with our Fazzi we went and played the gig of all gigs -- MSG!!! with MCR. First a big thank you to MCR for the invitation to join them at the Garden. Every musician at some point in their bedroom jamming days imagines a sold out crowd at Madison Square Garden. I now have that memory. It was awesome to feel the NY audience again and we had such an incredible time.
Now, its back to work on the album and figure out where and with whom we will make said album. We will be cooking up hot sexy jams for you in the depths of the brooklyn underground rehearsal dungeon.
THanks to everyone who came out to the garden and sat outside in the rain. My mom was very worried that people weren't going to come. You showed her.
Speaking of cooking, Taking Back Sunday were at Denny's cooking food with them! Check them out here
It reminds me of the Deep Voice Expiriment with Smosh.
I taped it!
When my TV stops being a idiot, I'll upload it. (:
Oh, and Mary, the show on the first was unfortunately canceled, so you don't have anything to worry about!

Subject: Monterey Music Summit was cancelled
Body: We're not sure why but the Monterey festival that we were playing on June 1 has been cancelled. We know some of you were planning on traveling to the show so we wanted to let you know. We were excited to be a part of it and to get out near Fazzi's hood in the beautiful Cali weather so we're sorry it's not happening. We hope that they continue to have it in future years.
Back to writing so we can finish get into the studio and get back out on the road!
So recently we were asked to take part in Denny's Late Night program. It was an immediate yes and here is Eddie to tell you a little bit about what we are doing:
Denny's has been a part of mine and Taking Back Sunday's life since we first began. From late night stops to early breakfasts while we were navigating the mighty states, especially back when we had to load up our gear and drive ourselves every night after shows, we could always count on them for something hot and tasty. It was always fun to see the after show crowd hanging out there sharing the experience of the show they just saw too since there seems to be one near most of the great venues.
True Fact: Bet you didn't know it was the first place I took my wife the night I met her; again late after a show.
Everywhere we go, they've always welcomed our sometimes rambunctious crowd with open arms. So when we got the call to cook and create with the Chefs from Denny's it was an immediate yes. It was a privilege, a blast and an unforgettable day. We actually want to thank them for letting us do it. It's also great that they are doing the "Adopt-a-Band" program right now to help young bands starting out. Man with gas being as expensive as it is every bit helps. So we are happy to help support that.
Keep an eye out for the late night menu items and pretty soon you'll also be able to order some grub created by the five of us.
