I believe that if Hilary Duff wasn't on the Disney Channel she would be nothing. Certainly not a singer because she can not sing, just my opinion!

I was obsessed with her when I was in the 3rd/4th grade. I like knowing that it was just a phase, because I can't stand her voice or her acting anymore, these days.

oh eww because to me and lena equals my life, Hillay Duff is a discrace to the music industry, like a lot of so called "artists" around now. music takes talent and some of these no talent people do not deserve to be as big as they are, but yet they are because of technology today, and they have the look. im sorry if this is a little harsh but this is how i truly feel about most of this crap that people call music. when you hear most of these people live they suck, and the music all sounds the same and to me its horrible and this is not what music is about. not about the look or whatever, but because you have TALENT which a lot of "artists" now a days seem to be lacking.

The only reason you hate is because you are jealous.
She's beautiful, talented, lucky, everything that any of
you would want to be. You have no fucking idea of
how hard she worked to get to where she is. She used
to do shows and performances in L.A; usually about 2-3
a day. That's a fucking lot. She worked from the age of
9 to get to where she is now, and look at her. She has
everything !

And, no, of course, there are still people out there who
are so fucking ignorant of the facts, obviously to blind
to see the person that worked her fucking teenage life
away by getting up at 5 in the morning, coming home to
her family at 10.

Just because she wears make-up and pretty dresses
does not provide a decent enough cover up of what
she really is.

She didn’t get picked up by a label for nothing. As much as
everyone likes to believe, she didn’t just get here because
of her acting career. Why would you sign up someone who
can’t sing, whether they are famous or not ? Do you really
want to have a disastrous album ?

She’s 19. She knows what’s good for her. She has been in
this profession for years, she knows the business inside out.
She has a certified platinum album and a HUGE fan base.

But of course, she’s not talented.

a big label signed her up because she wanted to sing like most people on disney channel do, and most of those big record companies only sign people who they think theyll make the most money out of. hillary duff would be one, young, pretty, and already famous. so the big record companies are basically saying oh look how much they loved her as an actress!! she wants to sing?? think of all the money!! and they signed her. not because she was talented but basically using her for what shes worth or whatever. i mean think of all those rappers. what talent do they have??? abseloutly none in my opinion, yet they have a HUGE fanbase and have best selling albums and crap, not because theyre talented, but because they have the look and its sadly what most of the general public want to hear. they really dont care if you can sing or not since we have all the equipment now a days to make you sound like a godess, if you got the look and the fans, your in. and if she wanted to be a singer fine, a lot of people do, i just dont feel that she deserves to be as big as she is as far as singing goes, thats all im trying to say and its just my opinion.
