She really is.
She has self-respect, decency and doesn't care what anyone else thinks. If she's like this at 19, she's going to be an amazing mom (if she has kids), and adult.
I like the fact that she doesn't dress skanky, or wear a ton of makeup.
She's abosultely beautiful, naturally.
It's something you can't deny.

Fine, if she wants to be a kids tv actress, do it. If she wants to be a perfect example of teenage anorexia that kids look up to, do it. if she wants to be a generic mediocre artist pinned up on the walls of 10 year old kids, do it. Just dont be all three and expect respect when she's just trying to get her name known.

I have respect for her. She is beautiful, but I do admit I liked her better before she had a singing career. You've met her? That's wikked. She's no one that I would want to wait in line in the pouring rain for eight hours to meet or anything, but if she was trotting along the streets or something, I would deffinatly be like 'Whoa'.
I respect her because she's got what people want. She's sold more album than I could ever sell, and she does a tonne of charity work.
I'll probably never actually like her music though. She's had some catchy singles, but not something I'd even bother downloading.
I don't know if she writes her songs or not, if she does then great. If she doesn't, then I don't know what kind of artist she is. I've heard she doesn't write them, then I hear she does. I don't know.
I don't like this whole weight issue. It's ruining alot of girls these days. I don't think she's doing it on purpose, and I'm tired of hearing people say stuff about it. She may be getting help, I don't know; I hope she is. I don't know her personal life, other than what's constanly in the tabloids, which I don't think have said she's getting help=/ |

I can't deny that she can sing, but her voice is a bit sickly.
I haven't really watched her acting.
What bugs me mostly, are the reports of her being rude to her fans/other people. I don't know if they're true, but I still don't even like the idea. |

How exactly do you know she has those qualities? You have to at least talk to a person a few times to get a general idea of their character.

She dresses the way her stylists tell her to. And you'd be surprised to see that in order to get that "natural look" you need to use tons and tons of make-up.
