The second book in that series was a real letdown. Bella was weak and whining throughout the whole thing; why did she always need a guy to come to her rescue when she was in trouble? I got so sick of her. Good thing I borrowed it from the library instead of buying it.

But yeah, it was still cool that she thanked MCR

Yes. I've seen that before.

omggg. Those books are the best books ever.
I always thought of Edward as Gerard..cause he was decribed as stunningly beautiful and a-god-like-creature. And it's very much related to genre of MCR. (ref. vampires and dark romance.)

I just read the book. It was such a guilty indulgence, a big change from all the AP English book I have been read this whole year. It's been a long time since I've been so engrossed in a vampire character too (my last ones was Louis, Lestat, Armand and Daniel of the Vampire Chronicles).

But, the version I got didn't have the band thanks, but I enjoyed the book.

Go MCR! This is the second book they've been mentioned in so far, isn't it?

Eclipse? Is she writing a new book?

I loved Twilight.. it was an insane guilty pleasure

I was suprised I liked it so much since I'm not really into vampire stories... New Moon wasn't as good though... but everyone should still read it! it's worth the time...

I love her books...I have a slight obsession with Twilight. New Moon kinda sucked, though. And I can not wait for Eclipse. o:

There are all these random references to Demolition Lovers and Bullets in general at the end... or at least I saw them. It made me laugh really, really hard. (this is me at three in the morning, reading in the bathroom because my parents would kill me if the light in my room was on. so... yeah.) I think there's this one part where Edward goes "I'll never let them hurt you" and then "I promise" a while later. oohhh the irony...

The author of my favorite book, thanking my favorite band!! Sweetness. When I read who she thanked, all I read was Linkin Park. Im happy now that I know MCR is in there!

I noticed that too. There's a lot of Muse reference in there, which isn't surprising.
