I agree how it sets up for the rest of the album. Every time I hear it... I imagine a guitarist who thinks they're all alone and practising but in the room next door there is a flamenco dancer who dances along to the music softly knowing that it's the closest she'll ever get to the guitarist *soul wise*. Kinda unusual I know, but it's what i've always pictured... I love it... and i can kinda play it on guitar *YAY* |

And all the static is him getting burnt or the camera getting hot.. like on the album cover, how it has burn marks from the fire.. that's the static noise because the film got burnt a bit.
idk if that made any sense.. but yeah =P |

My thoughts exactly... it's just such a lovely melody. |

does anyone agree?? |
made from neon Salute You in Your Grave
Age: 29 Gender: Female Posts: 2036 | April 1st, 2009 at 09:03pm The song in and of itself is written anonymously, so like, we don't know who it was that wrote the beautiful melody, which to me, adds beauty and makes it more melancholy. But on the album? I don't know the meaning, Bullets-wise. I like what William Control said about it setting up the album and whoever said it before that, and I can play it on guitar, too. xD |

Age: 28 Gender: Female Posts: 136 | December 18th, 2009 at 09:55am I think it is just to kinda set the mood for the album, Y'know because it is about two people who are killing and love each other, when I here this album it makes me think of the like 1800's, a couple then, and this song just kinda goes with it, and then it leads into the whole album about how they killed and then ended up getting killed themselves, and then in Revenge it goes onto how the guy went to save her.....
Thats just my thought though. |

Age: 28 Gender: Female Posts: 118 | December 23rd, 2009 at 04:30pm It does set the perfect mood for Bullets but when I hear it, it reminds me of an abandoned, run down town, maybe after a fire as the picture I get has burn marks everywhere and the air is warm. It makes me feel kinda depressed but I find it also has a slightly happy side to it, maybe someone has lost someone else and they are remembering the good times they had together. That is if any of that made any sense. |

Age: - Gender: Female Posts: 6 | December 25th, 2009 at 06:09pm Romance is actually a famous classical guitar piece- played well i might add xD... Romance has a mood, like a somberness to it but at the same time, its almost like a beginning to any possibility which fits perfectly into Bullets and i think it really sets the damp, "silently- loud" mood for the whole CD. |
