Posts: 5253 | October 20th, 2007 at 05:27pm At school yesterday I was wearing my MCR shirt (it's the one with the wolf on it), and one boy came up to me and said "I love that shirt where'd you get it? I've been looking for one like that EVERYWHERE! My Chemical Romance is my favorite band!"
It may not seem weird, but the way he said it, it was REALLY weird.
You would be a bit freaked out, too, if you were a girl and a boy you hate comes up to you and says he wanted the shirt you're wearing.
Also, my friend (who likes classical music) was reading my shirt...she managed to pronounce chemical wrong...then we had a whole conversation about the shirt.
Her:What does your shirt say? Chemical?
Me:Well, you kinda pronounced chemical wrong...
Her:It says chemical ROMANCE...you're in love!
Me:NO I'M NOT! And it's not like I'm the only one in here wearing a My Chemical Romance shirt.
Her:Who else is?
Me:Austin...
Her:Wow...I think the wolf's name should be Austin, too!
Me:NO. You do NOT name the wolf!

Her: "Do you like My Chemical Romance?"
Me: *looks down at my shirt* "Well, yeah. Obviously."
Her: "They're good."
Me: "I love them so much! I went to an MCR concert, and they were really good! Do you like them?"
Her: "I used to. But now they're too mainstream."
Me: *rolls eyes* "No, they're not."
In my mind, I was thinking "WTF? If you think they're so mainstream, why do you care to talk about them?" |

Posts: 2482 | October 26th, 2007 at 12:31pm well i went to london yesterday and went on the london eye and when i was walking around near the eye after I'd gone on it, i was wearing my mcr revenge hoodie and this old snobby woman walked past and she gave me the most dirtiest look ever, kinda like i was a piece of shit on the bottom of her shoe, so I just gave her a major evil in return. Stupid cow.
I've had a major argument with someone about mcr before, he was a indie kid (loves oasis) and he was like "all you like is sell outs, and emo shit!"
so i returned with "I do not lke sellouts none of the bands I listen to are sellouts, so what that some of them are popular, I don't give a damn because they are amazing and if you are referring to mcr as "emo shit" then you're wrong they are not emo and not shit. |
