I prefer singles tbh.
Although, when I'm playing doubles I loveee it.
I especially love playing at the net. Well used to >.<
Literally, my volleys were like unreturnable x]
i play both. for my school next year i'm either playing 1 doubles or 3 singles. i'm pretty short and small, so people are pretty surprised by my sweet net skills. it's just so rewarding seeing the fear in their eyes XD |

You know the best thing?
Volleying right down the centre line,
cause the net player thinks the bass line player will return it,
and the poor sod at the bass line thought the net player would return it.
So noone ends up returning it, and they both just stand there, like devastated x]

Just when you serve, and the player who's supposed to return it just stands there like gobsmacked at you x]
I remember one time, I almost knocked someone out with my serve,
cause basically I hit it really, really hard, and it was going at 101mph,
and it bounced really awkwardly in the service box, and bounced up and smacked the returner right in the face. I felt so bad x]
I broke her nose. I literally felt so, so bad. |
