He's cute in blonde hair. i like it. but still, not as good as his old hair in the IDLY video it was black and that kicked ass :p i like how he dyed it back o black its growing longer yay!

Ray did too. I first noticed on Making The Video, but everyone's saying he cut it...when he didnt. He cut if after for the VMA's in Miami. And I think he is going bald; his hair is obviously thin. But thats probrably from over-processing.
