They are Ranks and are based on your post count.
As your post count increases the rank under your username will change.
Also, you need to read The Rules, chatspeak isn't welcome on INO so stop using it in your posts.

but if you're referring to the links that say "avatar"/"ava" in their signature,
it means that they're giving credit to the person/site they took their avatar from,
saying that they didn't make their avatar, but got it from that place.
