Well, I'm ont sure of any of this for two reasons (I don't have PSP and I don't know what the original pic looks like), but increase the saturation way up and probably the contrast too? That looks like it might do it.

I made that in photoshop using selective colors. Sorry. But increase the saturation. & I'm sure I also put a light blue color burn layer.

But now she's kinda packed up, and promised a website, but has so far not delivered. So does anyone have any of her textures or anything? If not, anyone have any good LARGE black and white textures?
