On one of the posts. It's amazing. 10 minutes, with around 20 seconds of each song (I think.)
It's making me even more excited and positive about the album release. |

My Chemical Crooner Fabulous Killjoy
Age: 32 Gender: Male Posts: 163 | March 5th, 2007 at 12:37am Once upon a time there was a 13 year old boy named Jeff. He became a Good Charlotte fan. He then discovered "Hey, I like rock music! *Buys MCR (revenge) CD*" Then he realized that My Chemical Romance was a very good band as well, but did not like them as much as he liked Good Charlotte. 2 Years later this boy is 15, and he stumbles across a link on iTunes. The link is to the new My Chemical Romance single, "Welcome to the Black Parade". In the layout for the single's page, there is a stange man with bleached hair as the lead singer, and the band looks a hell of a lot cooler. WAIT! Jeff is shocked to see that this strange man is the same man who just had long black hair, and a ..."plumper(?)" build like 12 seconds ago. Jeff exclaims "WTF". and goes to see what this "Black Parade" is. He becomes fucking obsessed with the concept of The Black Parade and the music of My Chemical Romance and decides to tell his story online about how he became an MCR fan in the middle of a Good Charlotte thread. Lovely.
Bottom line, if I wasn't a GC fan, i woulda never discovered MCR.
Cant wait for their new CD. |

Age: 102 Gender: Female Posts: 185 | March 8th, 2007 at 06:56pm Great. I just realized I'm going to be out of town in Washington D.C. (7 hours away.) the day Good Morning Revival comes out. And I'm not scheduled to get home for five more days.
Maybe since I preorded it, it might get here a couple days before.
Since that happens sometimes.
Or leak...
Even though that would be bad for the band. I know I shouldn't be hoping for that.
I just want it so badly. |

Age: 32 Gender: Female Posts: 1274 | March 8th, 2007 at 10:35pm Yeah, so I used to LOVE Good Charlotte. I was completely ridiculed for liking them in the 7th grade but I still wore my GC t-shirts proud everyday. I wasn't too impressed with their third album, but I have flown to Los Angeles to see them. They are a great band to get started on. Their first two albums are amazing. I just remember hearing the first album and crying because it was the best music I had ever heard and I could totally relate to most of the lyrics. So yeah, I'm not ashamed for liking them. I've only seen them live twice.... |
