I played an acoustic guitar for around two years, before getting a Fender Strat.

Posts: 1821 | April 27th, 2007 at 12:24am I have a 1963 Strat, and a Gibson Songbird, my Strat is an electric, and my Gibson is acoustic... I just recently got the Gibson for Christmas, and I've have the Fender for a while now.
I need to fix the pick up in my Gibson though. Somethings wrong with it, I just can't tell what >.> My dad said he'd find out & fix it, cause he knows lot's about guitars N' such, but it's aggervating me so much!
I can play a lot of snippets of songs, because I have a very good ear for hearing something, like, once, and then knowing how to play a verse or something...
And I know full songs to, like a few Red Hot Chili Peppers songs and Vampire Heart by HIM.

Dude. I've played Les Pauls, they have a very good sound. I can't really describe it, but I like it. You should start playin' that thing, I know I would.

FirstAct. Now I cringe when I think of it. But yeah, my Washburn is nice, it's like... Black. Blame Frankie and Ray for making me take it up. 3 days now muahahahah!
Um. Is it better to start off with Acoustic? Maybe I shouldn't of gotten this so early... But eh, I'm doing fine. I can't even fit my arm around an Acoustic, they are so big and bulky. Lol. But eh.. Yeah, Geezus I ramble... Are acoustics better to start with? |
