Is it normal for your whole arm that you use to make the notes, not the strumming one,to hurt when first learning or am I doing something wrong? |

its okay you will get used to eventually and the pain will go away

Hard?
It's impossible for people like me. I get buying impulses.
I earn about $200 a week after tax, and it all just kinda goes out the window. I should be able to save, but I can't. |

their tone is horrible. the pickups are a piece of shit. and the neck warps within a year.
if someone's wanting a guitar ~*made 4 girlzzz, they're better off saving up for a les paul vixen. |

Age: 34 Gender: Female Posts: 87 | September 6th, 2007 at 01:21am NOTHING beats a good ole Gibson Les Paul. I have a Studio myself, and I've never been happier. I also have one of Frank's old beat up guitars, but I don't want to fix it up because of the signatures on it.
Fender Squire Strats are AMAZING for a starter. They have good tone and are good for both clean and distorted.
A good amp is also a good thing... |

I love em. Beautiful sound.
Tell you what pisses me off - it is near impossible to find a Gibson Les Paul in Australia. I've found one place that sells them where I live, and their Les Paul Standard is about $500 bucks more expensive than if I bought one online, including international postage. |
