Students are forced to observe a moment of silence for prayer after the pledge.
Where is our country going.
Exactly there's supposed to be seperation of religon and school ((in public schools)). Yet they stil throw that prayer in the morning crap
its just another way to take away our rights to free religon... |

4 years ago, CAN dollars where 75 cents american. now, they're 1.10$ american.
it's not that canada's government is doing awesome, it's that america's economy is failing.
and with all the wars [past and present] and debts that the american's have done to other country's, i'm surprised it hasn't happened earlier.
but one day, either america will lead the whole world into another depression, or the whole american social structure will wall and they'll be like the roman empire. |

In Illinois, we just passed a bill FORCING public schools to have moments of silence for prayer.
no-one is forcing you to use that time to pray though. |

I also think that some of our freedoms are being taken away.

Some of our basic rights are being taken away, as Ghostgirl pointed out.
It'll fall sooner or later, and then this country will have to deal with it's huge ego being shot like that. |

we may not have fallen yet, but it seems to me that we're headed down a slippery slope. we need to pull ourselves out of it before we end up collapsing on ourselves. sorry... i know that was too many cliches. XD
but seriously, if america doesn't take care of itself before it takes care of other countries, it will definately fall... and soon. the politicians actually need to listen to the people instead of listening to their greed. thats one of the major reason the US is falling apart at the moment, cause no one wants to listen to the masses. people make laws and pass crap that will benefit no one but themselves.
so... yeah, we may not have fallen, but we're on our way there... but then again... that's just me. |

Hmm. How do you know if their a muslim, maybe theres some small differences and guards can spot them. I Can't tell my muslim friends apart so i wonder what the differences are is.

Its fine i get what you mean...They don't really know they just assume and keep an eye on them. Its really kind of annoying cause my friend is from the middle east and we were coming into America from our trip to Canada and this one guard kept looking at her |
