Cons: I don't like the effect you've used, imo, it would look better with a higher contrast. I'm not sure about the font.

Cons: I don't like the texture covering their faces; particularly the guy second from the left. Also, I think you could have played around with the coloring a bit more. ---

It fits really well and the placing/font/colour fits really well with the rest of the image cons: I don't think the border fits and his eyes look a little unnatural. Maybe desaturate it a little?

Also, I'm not sure if it's a texture or just a coloured layer, but the way it goes lighter at the bottom looks really nice. Cons: I think the text should be somewhere else, it's seems a bit distracting. The font is great, though.
