I really wanted Malkin to have the most points this season.
I FEEL YOU. -sniffle- Malkin is spectacular.
I'm not looking forward to round two with Crosby and Ovechkin.
'Cause while the Pens are my team, Ovechkin has proved to be kind of.. better than Crosby, which worries me. I'm never gonna hear the end of it at school or at home if the Pens are knocked out.
Then again, I live in a city that was eliminated first round, so I suppose there's my retaliation right there. xD |

Anyways, I'm really excited about the game 7 tonight though I can't watch it (starts at 2 am in Finland, oh yeah, I just love the time difference). It's like the most horrible thing to wake up in the morning and just go to watch the results on TV. I'm always getting a heart attack.
But yeah, I hope I can beam tomorrow morning. You can always hope, right? Go Pens!

What pisses me off his how much Pittsburgh outplays and outshoots Washington, but Varlamov is too fucking good.
Washington takes half as many shots and gets just as many goals.

And The Baby Pens lost to the Bears last night and it's not making me happy. That series had the same script than the Penguins vs. Capitals. When the Pens won, the Baby Pens won ... Mmh.
But I still believe the Pens can win this one. I'm just so frigging nervous. I will have nightmares. Oh dear. |

The NFL, Major League Baseball and the NBA have lined up in support of the NHL's court fight to block the sale of the Phoenix Coyotes and move to southern Canada. The other major sports leagues filed statements in U.S. Bankruptcy Court on Monday in support of the NHL.
All three statements ask the U.S. Bankruptcy Court to "respect the National Hockey League's rules and procedures regarding ownership transfer and relocation."
The statements of baseball and the NBA ask that the court "not set precedent that could severely disrupt the business of professional hockey," baseball, basketball and other major league sports.
The NFL statement had similar wording, asking the court to avoid a "precedent that has the potential to undermine or disrupt the business of professional hockey, football or other major league sports."
A hearing is scheduled for Tuesday before Judge Redfield Baum in U.S. Bankruptcy Court on the NHL's motion to have the case thrown out.

if the Coyotes were sold, and subsequently moved to Southern Canada, the Pacific Division gets fucked up. You have to move either the Avs or the 'Nucks to the Pacific.
I am not a fan of Dallas, mark my words and never will be, but this presents a problem for them. Moving the Avs to the Pacific would be better for Dallas, but moving the Canucks would be better for the "normal" Pacific teams, i.e. the Sharks, Ducks, Kings because of the same time zone.

The Game 1 wasn't because they show 5 games per week and apparently the TV company likes the Wings more but anyways. I can predict typical heart attack moments in the morning when I go to see the results. |
