I thought the song was about the Patient wanting to 'keep on living.' He realized that he didn't live his life like he wanted, but let other people influence how he lived his life (Disenchanted) . Now, he doesn't want to be dead, but wants to be alive so he can live a life that made him happy instead of the one he had where he was miserable. I may be wrong though.... |

I'm going to assume it will be on TRL the same day, so watch for it. |
