Age: 29 Gender: Female Posts: 438 | November 10th, 2007 at 01:29am i had a feeling that a lot of people would put welcome to the black parade. when i saw the topic, i was like "so many people are probably going to put WTTBP" i also think that they play it too much. |
Green Faerie Salute You in Your Grave
Age: 37 Gender: Female Posts: 2903 | November 10th, 2007 at 01:45am I'd have to go with Welcome To The Black Parade. I do like it, but it got overplayed really easily. It's the song i'm most likely to skip on all three of their albums. I just feel like I know it backwards forwards in and out, and I don't feel like it gives me much any more. It's still an amazing song though.. It's funny that MCR could do the worst song in the world, and it would still be better than anything by anyone else. (See Gerard singing Umbrella)

melodramatic fool Salute You in Your Grave
Age: - Gender: - Posts: 2568 | November 10th, 2007 at 02:38am I completely agree with greendaerie. I really do love WTTBP, and it's still got amazing meaning, lyrics, and sounds but it's really the only one anyone knows.
I still love it forever, but I know it's probably the only one I skip.
And maybe Helena, but again that's probably cuz I've listened to it SO MANY TIMES that it just gets slighly old. Although again, it's still one of the most amazing songs ever (that and the rest of Bullets, Revenge, Parade, and Bsdies haha)

Age: 28 Gender: Female Posts: 5253 | November 10th, 2007 at 05:35am Welcome To The Black Parade. It's overplayed, attracts teenies, and really just isn't their best song. I still like it, there are just better songs.
Teenagers. This is really the one that's been played a lot recently. Again, it's a teenie magnet. And it really drives me crazy when they play it on those stations that play Fergie and Rihanna. |

Fading Sanity Bleeding on the Floor
Age: 31 Gender: Female Posts: 1240 | November 10th, 2007 at 04:50pm Teenagers. Its a great song, and it does have a deep meaning, but most people would not know that and just like the tune and the fact is says shit. And it has been overplayed way too much. It's the only song by them i ever hear on the radio. XD
dont get me wrong though, I do like the song. |
the greatest coward. Bleeding on the Floor
Age: - Gender: Female Posts: 1280 | November 11th, 2007 at 07:23am Welcome to the Black Parade and I'm Not Okay are givens. Not that they are bad songs because they are both ABSOTIVELY POSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! and i love them deeply (not just like protecting MCR) but they are certainly not their best songs, and yet they are all anybody knows. (but still every once in a while, you need your recomended dosage of I'm Not Okay)
among the Bullets fans, probably Honey. The screaming is..... a good effort. Once again, awesomely awesome song but still not the best on the album (in my oppinion the best on the album is This Is The Best Day Ever.... but i doubt many ppl would agree) |
