it most likely stands for jamia since on at least one of the straps there is nj written underneath the heart with the j in it |

Just putting in my two cents...
I agree with you, because if it was for "jersey" wouldn't he had put NJ?
J is also for Jamia, who he'd been with since MCR started, meeting her at eyeball records.
Just my opinion.
