ahh, verbose
hope you can convince your parents to go!!!
don't give up!! [but don't get on their nerves...that wouldn't be good =\...]
yeah, like others have said, try to tell them how much it'll mean
my parents were kinda like that, they said "how many times do you need to see them? it's already been more than once!" i just gave them a dumbfounded blank stare...who cares how many times you see a band, especially your favorite, even if you've seen them already. to me, i just can't even begin to comprehend that one...i'd go and see them every night they're on tour if it was possible. guess you just have to understand, maybe it's a mcr thing? Haha yeah, it must be an MCR thing.
xD
I'm just kinda disappointed because my dad is a fan of My Chem, yet he still doesn't really wanna go.

But yeah, I'll just have to keep trying.
Not as much to get on their nerves, but just enough.

Thanks! =]

I don't think Frank is going to be there.
He is supposed to get married sometime early March.
And he was hoping to take time off like Mikey did.

Wait, nevermind!
Ray and Bob are engaged and Frank is now married
so who knows

Like said above, I think Frank should be there.
Maybe he could take some time off, but not as much as Mikey did. That would be kinda disappointing.
------
I might (operative word) be going to one of the concerts.
I convinced my mom enough for her to say, "Maybe,"
Though when (if) they decide to buy me tickets, it'll probably be the day of and there won't be any left.
Just thought I'd give you all an update.

I'm pretty sure he got married either before or while they were in South America.

I don't think he will take off though. Now that everyone in the band is in serious relationships I'm sure they'll wait until the end of the tour instead of all of them leaving at separate times.

Damn it, I so wish I could go.
;__;
My parents are refusing to take me (so far) because there may not be anyone in the household to watch my little brother if my mom has to work that day and apparently it's too early to see a band after you've seen them seven months ago on a festival tour. =\

I'm still hoping I can convince my dad that tickets would mean THE WORLD to me and if we were to go I would be the happiest girl on the face of the planet.
xD
I mean, I have enough money to pay for both of our tickets, so my mom can't pull the, "Oh, we're so broke we can't afford it!" trick this time.

And no worries, Paradox, you're not the only Michigander on this thread. ;]

I was wondering if you guys had any tactics I could use to get them to see my way? xD
Which sounds totally lame, but whatever.

well i got both of my parents listening to their clean songs and once i had them singing along they finally agreed to take me to their concert...mind you that took me 9 months.

im paying for both of the tickets as well, it was the only way

well, good luck

hope to see you there

Well, my dad likes some songs. Like House of Wolves and I'm Not Okay and Teenagers.
My mom only likes WTTBP. xD

But yeah, thanks. =D
Hopefully I'll be there.

Hi, I travel a lot for MCR and I'm going to eight shows this round. However, my rides have all decided to bail on me at the last minute...nothing new. So I'm going on the Greyhound to over half of this shows.

In Chicago I came across a problem. I could get there via Greyhound, but the venue is 21 minutes away from the station. I can't walk (as I normally do) or it'll take a while. I was wondering if someone was available the night before to pick me up at the station. I will be attending both shows. I don't really need a place to stay. I'll sleep outside at the venue and get out of line only when others show up to hold my place to pee, eat, and wash my hair at some random store. If you're willing to hold my stuff in your car, that would be great too. XD

I will also need a ride to Detroit, if someone is going there as well. You won't have to worry about me after as I have a friend meeting me at the venue, and I will be staying at her house.

If no one is going to the Detroit show, I'll just need a way to the Greyhound (which leaves at 12:01 AM after the show), so I can get to Detroit.

Sorry if this was at all confusing.

I'm completely harmless, I'm just a fellow MCR fan as the rest of you.

Please respond. I know it sounds kinda...sucky... LOL.
