Fisher was a guest on Sally Jessy Raphael's show as one of the artists being attacked by a group of parents for being inappropriate in his comic books. 16 year old Gerard (who published his works with Hart's company under the name "Garry" ) was there to support him. Hart later created some internet drama by railing against Gerard and Dark Horse for claiming that The Umbrella Academy is G's first published comic, when it was actually "On Raven's Wings." Gerard and Dark Horse responded by stating that they hadn't intentionally left out ORW and that G was grateful to Hart for having given him his first opportunity. They simply felt that TUA was G's first major book. |
