I saw her with The Living End a little while ago. She sung 2 songs and forgot half the lyrics of one of them. Yeah, I wasn't impressed.

I love Clare Bowditch ;D
I don't think I've ever seen her though... I have a feeling I may have seen her at Homebake once, but I'm not sure, so it doesn't count.

I dunno if anybody has heard about the car crash which supposedly involved All Shall Perish, but it didn't actually involve them at all.
It was actually their support band, The Red Shore, who are from Melbourne.
Their singer and their merch guy were killed.
RIP.

It's really gotten to me, for some reason. I wasn't a over the top fan, but I did like their stuff.
And they were pretty young too, it's just horrible.

I hate the roads around the north coast. They're fucking deathtraps.

Oh gosh, that's awful to hear.
I really hate hearing musicians that die through no fault of their own (as in, no drug overdose or anything crazy...)

Same. It's so horrible.
I find it so sad that they died on their way from one show to the next, I can't really explain it but it's really gotten to me =/

where have i been for the last light year?
I thought Operator Please was some american pop band with annoying girl vocals.
i listened to them to find out they're the most talented teenagers i've seen in a long time...and it's actually the music I've been looking for, for the past week.

that song is cool.
Amandah's voice...it's really indie & it has a dark sort of tone to it that reminds me of Joy Division. I never imagined a bunch of teenagers can play that sort of sound.

I'm really impressed with Operator Please's video with the splashing paint & fight. That was such a simple concept but very well executed.

Yuuuup. And Santana and... The Angels? Or someone else, can't remember.
One of my best friends - Nikki - gets Clipsal passes every year, so there's a chance we might manage to see Powderfinger or something.
Iunno, haven't really spoken about it.
But last year, me and another friend went with her to see The Hot Lies, and it was the same night Silverchair played, but we weren't in the mosh for them.
