The only type of porn that I honesly wish was banned was beastiality...It creeps me out and grosses me out beyond belief.

All porn is nasty though...

I'm pretty sure it's illegal in most places.
I guess that doesn't mean it doesn't happen though.

I think watching/reading pornography is healthy and can be a fun part of a healthy relationship, but there is a time and a place for it.

Sex is sex.
People need to realize that.
Just because humans have the capacity to love, doesn't make sex all that special.
Sex is for two people to reproduce.
That's all.
It's a completely natural thing.

If people want to read/watch porn, let them.
It's like homophobia... in a very distant way.
It's their choice. You shouldn't give a damn nor try to impose your beliefs on them.

I don't think I quite understand what you mean by 'misusing' them... I mean, aren't they infact just doing what their bodies are built to do... they're just being filmed & getting paid for it?

I mean the way they use it by having pleasure , but exploting their bodies for another's pleasure. Sex is meant for two people that share a special bond.

All porn what I have saw(!) there is only woman who take her clothes off and mans are like *wipish*. I dont like that..so I Don't watch porn..It's everybodys own choise.

i have no problem with it though, and never going to watch it.

Women and men both sign a consent form before participating in it
So it's not too degrading to women if they seek it as a profession

If it was banned, there would be riots, and a lot of people who make a living through it would be jobless.
It would cause a lot of problems.

...i dont mind porn really. i mean my dad watches and looks at it and his mags are how i learned about sex...its weird i know but i just dont have a big problem with it.

People do need to realize its just sex. its kinda gross but its there. Nothing we can do about it.

Alright, so before I even start, THAT is the definition of Pornography. Now, I think no one in this thread will claim to support obscene things or the explotation of them, my issue is not with that. My issue is where do we define obscene?

Through the 30's and 40's Burlesque was seen as a form of entertainment, and was never deemed as something to be ashamed of. Now, did you see little 6 year olds at burlesque shows? Of course not, they were obviously not mature enough to handle content like that, however the older portion of the population was and it was seen as approperiate. I mean, look at any actress from that time era. Marilyn Monroe, Ava Garder, Candy Barr, ect. they were all pin up girls (not to mention those who made a career on pin up's alone. It was culturally excepted. What has changed since then?

Now, things of that nature can be taken as obscene. Nude photography can be considered something graphic. Call me immoral, but I find the human body to be not only sensual in ways, but also very artistic. Sex was not something to be sheltered, sheltering people only leads to ignorance towards the subject at hand.

Im not saying that we all need to go rent A Night in Paris for your 7 year old brother or something. There is a reason this type of thing is intended for those 18 and older, but whats the point in sheltering something thats natural? Its a personal choice, everyone has their own personal standards as to whats acceptable, and what isn't, you can't say "I feel _____, so everyone else needs to mold to my standards". As long as those involved are concenting, I see no issue with it.
