-don't drink a lot of pop/alcohol
-eat crisps and junk in moderation
-play tennis 3 times a week and do foot work exercises
-walk 20 minutes to school and back
-ride my bike to work
-walk around for 8 hours at work.

I only walk so I can eat junk food without feeling guilty. I should get back into my diet, but it's so hard because I never feel full.

Bahhhhhhh. Its only because I would be morbidly obese otherwise.

Eat slower, and take a break in the middle of your meal. When you eat too fast, your stomach doesn't have time to start making enzymes or digest it fast enough, and when you eat slower, you feel fuller. Try rice crackers, lots of fruit, whole wheat/multigrain bread, cottage cheese, and milk products under 2%. And green tea is supposedly a hunger supressant, but I can't stand the taste.

Nothing.
I've tried so many things, but it doesn't work.
What did work for me was eating less. & that's about it.
Oh yeah, I also stay away from candy, anything with too much sugar, no red meat, & I eat homemade foods, I don't eat out.

I don't really do anything special to stay fit, which has worked for me so far. But now I notice that I've started gaining a bit of weight... Gotta do something about that.

I know that I'm a lazy moron, so I know that if I eat too much junk food, it's my own fault.
So I honestly do eat a lot healthier than what it seems.
I am a sucker for chocolate and coke though. >.<
But that's about it.
Lately, my metabolism has been a lot faster. Which is good - I'm pleased.

Honestly, if you want to be healthy etc. EAT BREAKFAST.
That's really what I live by. Even if it's something small, you need to eat something in the mornings.
It boosts your metabolism A LOT. And a fast metabolism is an extremely good thing.
And have a lot of calcium and water.
I have very good skin (hardly ever get pimples), because I drink a lot of water, and apparently, I've heard calcium helps out a bit too.
