i have a really bad metabolism, so i try not to eat any junk food...(stick with fruit, healthy stuff...unfortunately i'm asian so i get stuck eating rice, which is a really bad carb, every night >.< .....
i'm taking gym right now, so we have to run every day and work in the fitness centre and stuff, which is nice... i still do sit ups at home, and my tummy muscles have gotten stronger...still have a bit of a gut tho x.x......working hard......

Well, I'm like Drake.
I tried to go on a normal diet, you know, no eating from the sugar bowl, or drinking a whole bottle of soda everyday.
I got sick.
So I can't go on a diet even if I wanted to.
I'm not like, huge fat, but I'm a few pounds over weight according to my doctor.
So I'd like to lose those pounds.
But anyway..I don't do anything.
But my mom has actually been limiting my junk food latley.

My mom also orders Shape magazine, so I'm always trying new health-foods and exercises.
And, no, my metabolism is not my best feature. |

I don't like P.E. much, but I enjoy swimming, although I'm not any good at it.
I eat pretty healthily, I don't really like that much junk food, and most junk food I eat, I try and eat the "healthier" versions of it (e.g. Tayto Advantage, rather than normal Tayto crisps or something :] ). |

I walk a lot thought. And I mean a lot.
I'm going skiing in Febuary with the school and there is this fitness programme to do which I might start.
It sounds fun.

I run a mile every so often.
But mainly, i play football/soccer. Training on Thursdays, matches on Sundays.
And i have hockey or netball (i hate both) for 3hrs every week at school. Plus half an hour of gym, and half an hour of swimming.
I hate my school. Cant they play good sports? |

though i do hang out with my friend and go on the trampoline at redicilous (i really can't spell!) times at night, and we make a habit of climbing any tree which can hold our weight
oh and i go to army cadets on tuesdays and wednesdays, trust me, if anything is going to keep you slim, playing hide and seek (the one where you will get your head kicked in by some 7ft 16 year old if your are found) in some muddy feild in the middle of the night is going to do it. plus the addreniline rush is great for your metabloism. |

im suppossed to meet with a nutritionist(sp?) in february.
im not over weight or anything, its just for a diabetic who isnt very active, its good to be in better shape.
i dont eat a whole lot of junk food, but its hard not to.
this is my second and last marking period where i have gym class this year, so im gonna try to make the most of it.
also, DDR really helps, i got it for christmas.

- I jog 6 kilometres 3-5 times every week
- Im going to start gym exercises next month.
- I dont use elevators so often than before.
- I dont eat junk food at all. Thank god I stopped that.
- I drink lot of water and eat vegetables&fruits&berries.
BUT, I dont eat healthy. Somewhere I read that you should eat 5 times a day, but I eat 2- 3 times. And when I eat, its a little peace of meat/chicken and salad. Thats it.
