Cubicles too......because I worked at K-mart and a little over a year ago, this guy I had a huge crush on, he up and quit the day my friend was gonna get us talking to each other....so I was upset....and that song pretty much explains everything....I even wrote a one-shot story about it (If you wanna read add me on myspace, link in profile)

Posts: 9 | March 26th, 2007 at 04:58pm Cancer.. know a lot of people who have cancer, but it doesn't remind me of them. those people are older, and Cancer basically reminds me of when my hebrew school made cards for teen cancer patients who are most likely not going to live until this summer. it was really upsetting, since those kids are my age and it seems like it's too young to die.
and Skylines and Turnstiles makes me sad too. i always think of 9/11. |

i dont know why but i get extremely emotional. unfortuantely since its been released and i see it on tv and hear it on the radio it kinda sucks!
Also Famous Last Words makes me sad yet happy in the chorus.

Posts: 2183 | March 28th, 2007 at 09:51pm its not really supposed to be a sad song (i dont think) but "hang em high" always makes me a little emotional. when i actually listen 2 the words and absorb them. think about it, you're riding alongside someone you love into the night, going on some dangerous mission, knowing that they're willing to die for you and you love them, but they're telling you not to stop to help them if they fall....it gets me a little sad when i listen to it. |
