There's always hope. Always.

they have taught me to "be myself, not take anyone's shit, and never let them take me alive." they have taught me not to be ashamed of myself and that people need to accept me for me. they have taught me not to change who i am for anyone, and i will always love them for that.

MCR have taught me who I really am and that I don't need to conform to anyone else's idea about what's right or who I should be. To stand up for myself and to not to give a damn whether that random person across the street is giving you funny looks...lol

They taught me that I'm not wrong or immoral or a sinner, just for being who I am, which is a mentally unstable, homosexual sociopath haha.
I shouldn't judge other people for how they seem at first glance.
I should love myself.
I should always be hopeful for the future, and I shouldn't just give up.
I should stay open-minded about many things.
There ARE true heroes in the world, and if you just give them the chance, they can show you the way to happiness.

A lot of people have told me that I will "grow out of this phase," but I really don't see that happening any time soon. I love this band and the community of fans that surround them.

They taught me that it's okay to be out-of-the-ordinary.
That no matter what, be myself and love it without condition.
That I'm beautiful on the inside (it actually MEANS something when a hero like Gerard says it)
That I shouldn't give up, no matter who's holding me back.
They mean the world to me, and no matter what anyone says, I will LOVE My Chemical Romance for a long, longggggg time.

i've learn to not be afraid to fall.
...to not be afraid to keep living.
...i've learned that its better off this way.
...and i will see her again.
...i've learned to love myself no matter how big of a fuck up other people think i am.
...i learned to be happy again.
...i learned i'm not alone.

first i know that i had a post a little while ago but alot has changed so i want to repost.

the thing they taught me wasnt what i said. what they taught me was to be myself and to express myself no matter what people say about me, because the people that actually care about you will love you weather your a nerdy little kid with low self esteem, or a person thats loud and acts foolish regularly. I know its a stupid saying thats over used but I really dont care, this band does save lives. Im almost positive that anyone can go listen to a MCR song and find atleast one that will relate to their situation. unlike other bands that are out to make money, this band is real people with real problems and one motivation, to help people, and honestly how can someone say they hate a band like that. just my opinion. Thanks MCR...for everything

They didn't really teach me anything. But there's this one interview with Gerard from 2007 that gives me hope, because I feel depressed the majority of the time. But it really hasn't been helping lately.

It's okay to be not okay, because there's five guys that are just as fucked up as you are... and look where they are now.
