Posts: 5177 | September 24th, 2010 at 11:27pm this morning, i woke up at 6:00am, packed for school and work and left an hour early so i could get a ride to my eye doctor appointment. i get there and after waiting almost an hour, the receptionist tells me, "sorry, you're not on the list. you're appointment is next friday." FML.

Posts: 37823 | September 25th, 2010 at 02:03am Today I was told to not even bother applying for colleges since even though I'm top of my class, I've still never gone to really a great school. That was from the counselor, the guy whose suppose to help me get into college. He told me no one else whose gone to my school had ever gone to my school has ever gone to college and graduated. He told me I simply wasn't college material being from the barrio and I'd be better off just working at McDonalds. he also explained how my chances of going to jail is six times higher than actually graduating college. Fuck my life that I have all these odds, but I am determined to beat them. |
