I nearly lost my shoe 2 or 3 times. They tried to start a wall of death when everyone was blatently being crushed already. And I blacked out in 'Sleep'. I couldn't see or hear properly. And no one would let me get out and I was trying to get my way to the front to get out, and this tall girl gave me a dirty look and shoved me backwards with her bum. Then when I finally got out they put me in a wheelchair at the side and I could see Frank perfectly. xD Then they made me go to the back and I could just about see. ;_;
Benniks Jazz Hands Age: 33 Gender: Female Posts: 392	March 24th, 2007 at 01:58pm my 2nd mosh pit =] metal gig ace band i was the only girl in the mosh pit. =/ surrounded by hot sweaty tall people =[[[ suffered from a black eye, bruised ribs, 4 bruises on my head, and being pushed over 3 times then picked up straight away (i LOVE that, makes you feel part of 'a crowd' as it were lol) and i nearly passed out after 3 songs so i went outside and threw up. =[ but went back in again xD A M A Z I N G!

I've never been to a concert before..... and the april 27th concert for MCR will be my first.. and im scared Im gonna get hurt in the mosh pit. At my school at one of the dances, there was a mosh pit and I got punched in my chest.. ow.. it still hurts.. lol.. but I think the mosh pit wont be as bad at MCR ... maybe it will.. but I'm getting as close to the stage as I can... and tying my shoes tight... I have posters! Ray, Mikey, Bob, Gerard, and Frank must see them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have like no scars on my body or anything because I'm careful like that. And I can't believe you guys can take pain so willinly lol. I would probably beat people up...I'm too short anyways to be in one anyways. I rather sit in the balcony . But reading your stories are a great substitute

HazellxHollywood Killjoy Age: 34 Gender: Female Posts: 28	March 26th, 2007 at 01:11am it was my 2nd time to see MCR last march 7. yes, the day alicia & mikey got married and I was stupid enough to find out just yesterday. I brought my digital cam with me since some of my friends said that camera's are allowed at the fkn arena. I waited in the long line and when I got in the very front, I saw this BIG sign that says NO CAMERAS ALLOWED. yeah, it was a big downer. There was no turning back now, my mom already went to the casino so I have no one to give my camera to. I decided that ill just sneak it in, the guy searched my purse and asked if I have a camera, I said my phone has one but he said that's fine. So I was almost inside, closing my purse, this lady staff told me that she need to look at my purse again. She asked for a camera, I told her the same thing I told the guy, she asked what's underneath my phone, its my camera, I told her. Too late now since she already busted me. So I had to get out of the line, call my mom so she'll pick up that goddamned thing. After a good 30 mins of waiting, I was finally inside. There wasn't a lot of people yet & its still easy to squeeze your way close to the front. Rise against finished playing & I'm still far from the stage. I couldn't let it happen that I won't see them upclose so I came up with a plan since the crowd is starting to get packed. MCR took over the stage, I was finally in the front after a lot of pushing and squeezing. So the show is going great so far, I wanted to take some pics of them so I had to use my phone. I already took a couple of pics til this lady staff yanked my phone away from me. She thought my fkn sidekick was a fkn camera, what a bitch. Then probly she found out that it was a phone so she gave it back to me. ''You better not fkn lose it!!!', she screamed at my face. I was already mad plus the fact that she cussed at me so I screamed back, ''Fuck You!'' loud and clear to her face then she went away. Then probly half an hour later, a sweaty heavy guy went crowdsurfing. I didn't noticed him coming so he landed straight on top of my head. I went dizzy for a while.The rest of the show went amazing. Gerard was being funny and stuff and the rest is hisory. Here's some tips that might help you and some preparations if you're about to go to a MCR moshpit. If you're far from the stage & want to get close [duhh, who doesn't?], when the crowd starts to mosh, don't be too excited and start moshing with them, instead, push/ run to the front while they're jumping up & down just because Gerard smiled or cussed at the crowd. Don't wear shoes with laces. You don't want to get your shoelaces untied while your moshing or you'll go home with no shoes at all. * If you're in the front, look behind you once in a while & watch out for crowdsurfers. * If someone is crowdsurfing and is coming towards your direction, do not duck because if you do, you're gonna get hurt. Stand very still, if you already got a good spot Watch out for booty bumpers I hope that helps a bit.

Some MASSIVE lad tried toi get my sister into it and she just shoved him away! in DEAD! on Saturday i was dragged by my neck into a huge pit and someone stood on my knee! Geoff Rickley from thursday came up to the barriers and there was this great big shove to the front!

Theres lots of pushing and I had no room to breathe at one part but if u stand your ground when people are pushing its not too bad! Just enjoy MCR and drink plenty!

It was quite funny to watch.

Let me tell you, my sister and I were in the middle of Columbus alone, and we were able to touch the stage. When The Strokes came on, every person in the crowd suddenly shoved forward. Yeah there was like half of the floor left after that lol. So anyway like, EVERYONE was already hammered ((except for us little 13 and 14 year olds lol)), so I got COVERED in beer, I was punched in the face a few times, I almost fell down twice, and this drunken guy kept shoving his fat into my face. Now, I have sports enduced asthma, and Sara is unbelievably chlosterphobic by now, and so we HAVE to leave the mosh pit. We have no choice or we'll probably die lol. This concert was at a MASSIVE bar ((like 3 stories or something)), so as we left, people screamed over the music 'DON'T COME BACK!!!' and I was like psh whatever. So we went and sat on one of the bar tables ((because the people let us, cuz we're just that cool lol)). And just then the lead singer looked STRAIGHT at us as he sang one of my favorite songs. And he just like, stared at us. It was AWESOME! lol. So now I'm taking my sister to see the My Chem concert May 1st. We initially were going to get floor seats, but we figued that if we had to leave The Strokes mosh pit, we can only imagine how bad THIS mosh pit is going to be. So we're getting front row seat tickets. The good thing about those is that they're RIGHT on the ground, so we can go mosh any time we want to, but if we want to sit down, we can go right ahead Oh, and Julian ((Stroke's lead singer)) said that Ohio was the craziest town he'd been to the entire tour. GO OHIO!!! lol
DeathDisco;; Fabulous Killjoy Age: 32 Gender: Female Posts: 124	March 31st, 2007 at 08:05am i can't believe how amazing mcr was., i got to 3 rows from the front or something AMAZING! i would never get standing tickets, the mosh is UNBELIEVABLE everyone you dont know and your just hanging onto and jumping and screaming and get so close and you can't even hear the music your so high my friend fainted and crowdsurfed out but she wasnt left to get trampled everyone let us to the front and helped her and everything OMGOMGOMG! i just cant believe how amazing it was i will die if i have to wait for their next album and tour to see them again i can't even listen to this is how i dissappear or i am crying i . love . them . so . much . ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ AMAZING
Bayonetta. Bleeding on the Floor Age: 31 Gender: Female Posts: 1445	March 31st, 2007 at 08:58am Ogawd. BDO in Sydney was my first ever time in moshpit and my first ever MCR show. It was really hot in the crowd and really wet and sweaty too because these guys with hoses would not stop spraying the front rows which i was in so i was completely soaked. Also some guy who couldn't be bothered making his own way to the front tried to hit on me so i would let him infront. Lulz gtfo. So when MCR started with I'm Not Okay, the mosh broke out straight away and it was insane. I'm kinda skinny so it was really hard to stay alive, especially because of all the shirtless, sweaty guys smothering me. My dad actually had to wrap his arms around me to stop me from falling or being crushed. Keep in mind this was my first time in a serious mosh so i was screaming like a little girl the whole time. Still, not bad for a 12 year old. So i made my way out of the pit, eventually, and watched from a few rows back and went on my dad's shoulders and the crowd stretched back as far as the eye could see so i was pretty lucky. When i was on dad's shoulders they were playing WTTPB and i had a teenie moment when Gerard looked at me. The mosh eased off and i ditched my dad and raced to the front and then Ray looked at me. Yet another teenie squeal. Then Gerard said something like "We've got a good vibe going on. I'm not seeing anyone get punched or any black eyes so we're good." So there was a punk circle, which i was on the edge of and then when Cancer came on the circle turned into a skipping circle so i jumped in and skipped and held hands with other people. Eventually i ran back up to the front and jumped and sang and just when i thought i was gonna collapse, Gerard told us to "Keep fucking moving" so i did and nearly died from exhaustion. It was awesome and i was on TV a few days later. It was the best day of my life and when i see them again, i'll handle the mosh better.
The Joker Salute You in Your Grave Age: 33 Gender: Female Posts: 2482	April 2nd, 2007 at 07:21am At mcrs show on the 29th (wembley arena) the crowd were alot worse when thursday were on. everyone was pushing and shoving and then a big group of us all fell over and one of my friends lost her shoe. and then when mcr came on everyone near the front just started fainting so i got closer as the show went on and managed to avoid all the lethal cirlce pits apparently in the middle of the standing part it was just circle pits but i duno because i was near the front. my sister got knocked out in one of the circle pits and my friend got kicked in the ribs but the only injury i got is a tinsy bruise on my arm lol. though i did get elbowed in the head but that wasn't a problem. so yeh my advice is if you dont want to get injured avoid cirlce pits at all cost (thats what i did and i was fine and got a awesome view)
