when i'm at school theres so much walking around involved and the cooked food is never nice so i end up eating tonnes of salad (cos my school makes kick ass salads!), hence, i always lose weight! in the holidays like now though, its a bit harder cos i don't have the free school gym or the amount of healthy food available. plus i had a boyfriend who only ate junk! but now i'm not with him i have time for more activities. i just try never to sit down too much, like going out, walking around, cycling, and i went swimming today with my mum and grandma. i did 73 lengths! i'm so proud! |

Italian 6 inch
Mozarella or provologne cheese
Carrots
Spinach
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Pickles
Honey Mustard
With apple slices and a Dr. Pepper
Drink carefully and you have a 300-or-so-calorie meal. I also exercise on Fit TV with that guy Gilad. An hour every morning at ten. He's on in the evenings at 6:30. I do an hour a day, but if I can only catch half an hour, I do another 30 mins of improv exercise. I'm on my way to losing lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of ugly ugly ugly ugly ugly ugly ugly fatty fatty fatty fatty fat. |
