I'm eating a lot better than I usually do.
Eating less but still enough to fill me up.

Walking to and from my college. It's about half mile up a hill there, so yeah.

Our school campus nis big, so I walk alot to balance out the fact that the food is really greasy - and im a dancer. but i still have alot if not all my puppy fat.

12 hours of gymnastics a week all year round keeps me fit. and track during spring adds to my physical activity

I normally do swimming training about four times a week, depending on the time of year.
Right now it's only 2 or 3 times though, because our normal pool is shut and we have to train elsewhere and we don't get as much pool time.

I chew gum instead of eating when i'm bored or my appitite acts up. Keeps me from eating more than I need.

That and I go up and down the stairs all day because I get bored easily... so I go upstairs for like five minutes, get bored, go downstairs to do something else for 5 minutes, get bored, go upstairs, ect. I don't stay still often.

well I'm kinda naturally skinny anyway,I
've also done ballet for 10 years,and I go snowboarding once a month (at dry slopes) and at ski resorts in the holidays.
I play hockey for London Hockey club, and I did gymnastics until about half year ago, but I practice sometimes( about 2 times a week) for fun at my old gym

same here. i swim competitively, i used to do it year round, but then i took a year off and just got back into like...march this year, and i'm doing this winter "clinic" thing.
and golf actually helps you stay fit too, like walking courses.
(i also love doing sit-ups Laughing )

Oh and I'm watching what I eat.
Walking a lot.
Cleaning a TON. (we're fixing our basement and that keeps me sweating)

P.E. for two weeks a month.

im vegetarian and i watch my diet alot but
other than that i wont lift a finger if i can help it
im so effing lazy
(well sometimes in p.e, but only when we do dodgeball so i can have an excuse to throw balls at my sister hehe)

I'm not really that fit.
But how I stay average skinny is because I'm a veghead.
I don't eat much, and when I do it's not animal products.
And I walk a lot.
