I actually do have a teacher who loves My Chem. He's basically my only teacher; my art teacher. And he is AWESOME. He always listens to their CDs in class.

I'd think that was really cool, my science teacher, Ms. P, is the only one of my teachers I know of that likes rock but I don't know if she's into My Chem. I think our teachers should at least try to listen to the music their students are listening too, I feel it would keep them on the same page and defiantely make school more interesting.

one of my teachers(my history teacher) listen to my chem.. but hes a saxon. its pretty fun when hes humming to a song of them..

but hes soooo nice. and hes always like. hey verena. what ya listen to? my chem? i love them..

one day he stole my iPod. and i was like hugh? oO after class he gave me my i Pod and said. you know what? you have a good tatste in music. i love the bouncing souls. *yes happy dance*

... I was just reading through the board, scratching my head and thinking: I am incredibly old...
But now I've found a teacher which I think it's great! I mean I understand that you're worried about not being considered professional, but on the other side there are too much teachers who are unfortunately too far away from their pupils' daily lives and activities.
I had one teacher, who was actually very strict, but he sometimes let us listen to songs in the langaugae lab to learn foreign language vocabulary, which has worked really well. Probably because it was easier to memorize the words connected to the songs.

My gym teacher wears an MCR hoodie when we have gym class outside. He also wears a Thursday shirt on Fridays, which is dress down day for teachers.

The art teacher at my school likes MCR. He said he was going to have to buy the Black Parade when it came out.
