They still remain my favourite band and if there's anyone who's pathetic enough to judge me for that, well it's their problem not mine. I'm in love with sick heavy music and a bit of light music like Keane too, and I'm not ashamed to admit that either

know this, and if anyone says it, I bitch them out. I am SICK of this "emo"
crap. Who cares, either? I just listen to what I like. And like other people said,
if somebody doesn't like that, fuck them! I'd be much prouder of MCR than
some douchebag that listens to gangster rap that is degrading to just about
everyone, or that overproduced bullshit the media churns out.
Don't get all pissed off, I like rap. But rap that makes sense. Not that: "all my
bitches and ho's and money and n-word this n-word that," shit.

However i do sometimes get embarassed talking to other MCR fans because they ask me when i started to like them from and i'm like at the beginning of '06 (before they released The Black Parade) then sometimes you get things like..
"Your not a real fan you just jumped on the hype!"
I feel sad when people say this because just because I only started to like them then does that make me a worse fan? Does that make me unworthy to like them? I must say that I was eight when they released their first album.....i was still rocking out to steps/S club 7 then (LOL)
Just because i wasn't with them from the start... does that make me a bad fan?

I used to listen to Rap and Pop and stuff like that.. :\ *ashamed.*
After a certain period of time i started to listen to more rock and stopped listening to rap and such.
Now, im not ashamed i telling people i love mcr and they're my favourite band.
All my old "Friends" hate me now and ignore me.
But i have new friends who rock!
I will never be ashamed to call MCR my favourite band again.
