I dunno I just like the raw-ness (is that even a word?) of it. His voice just seems so real and not air-brushed on the first cd. But either way I adore his voice.

Mrs. Scissorhands Really Not Okay Age: - Gender: - Posts: 643	December 28th, 2005 at 04:09am I do love his voice on the first album... particularly Skylines & Turnstyles... the chorus is very raw, he sounds very young though but I like it... and Vampires Will Never Hurt You... when he says "And if they get me and the sun goes down"... the word sun kills me because his voice sort of cracks... and in HTMIBEFTBOU, his voice sounds amazing the whole way through... particularly the "Well I find it hard to stay..." part and the "You can cry all you want to I don't, care..." part... and also... there is one part where he sounds as though he is crying, and I love it... it's after one time when he says "Never again"... the second time... that is amazing... Yes, I am odd... I have these little parts of songs that just kill me... in good ways of course... Eh, yeah... shifty
smuff Killjoy Age: - Gender: - Posts: 52	December 28th, 2005 at 02:29pm this is a little awkward, but i was reading the thread on how they whisper a lot in songs, and they were really pinpointing a part in "cemetery drive" (you know, I never knew that cemetery had three 'e's? i always thought it was cemetary...) so, i went to go check on that, and i played cemetery dirve with myheadphones like, extra loud.... have you ever realized how great he sunds in that? I know there are probably other songs that hes awesome...er in, but in C.D.... its like, oo... i love it.
