What do your parents think about MCR?

My mum loves them. She even has WTTBP as her ringtone, which I think is neat. Only bad thing though is she's fangirl for Gerard, which is a tad scary. At my last show for MCR, her and my sister were practially falling out of their seats when they saw him lol


I think my dad will like them once he hears them. When he visits, I plan to give him some of their music.

My mp3 player doesnt work and i told my dad and he said it probably doesnt work coz of the mcr crap i play on it :O

My mom likes them. I played I'm Not Okay for her and she liked it. She thinks Frank is hot, as do I.

My dad claims they are horrible but I caught him listening to them on my iPod.

My brother hates them. He thinks that the band name is about a drug addiction. He is an idiot.

my mom doesnt mind them, she knows all of the words to WTTBP. she just doenst like the language and the song meanings.

My dad knows all the lyrics to teenagers FLW blood and WTTBP. He likes their music alot. He is taking me to one of their concerts and is excited about it if that tells you anything.

and my 7 year old sisters like them quite a bit.

Oh and my grandma saw a picture of gee and she said that he is hot!

my mom calls them freaks and calls me emo for listening to them (also blames them for my pink hair)
My brother said that frank and gerard are gay (SO NOT TRUE)
And my sister said they dont even write their own music--also after listening to headfirst for halos said they were posers because they didnt ACTUALLY commit suicide

my mom likes them a lot. she thinks mikey is cute. ^^' and she's watched lotms with me a bajillion times and one time when we were watching it she said,i like they way ray talks. xD sooo funny! and my dad thinks they're totally awesome! he's taken me to see them twice and is taking me to see them the day before my birthday this year in cleveland. my little brother likes them too. [he's like 10. ] and both my grandmas like gerard lol. ^-^

my ma got a new phone recently, & she specifically requested Teenagers for her ringtone ....

My mom can't get MCR's name down correctly at times, so it's funny when she calls them something random
But other than that, she loves them!

My mum actually introduced me to them, she thinks gerard and franks cute. I'm not sure what my dad thinks of them...he calls them mechanical romance, i'm not sure if he does it as a joke or if hes serious

Haha when my mom first heard "my chemical romance" she thought we were talking about viagra...
But she really really likes there music, especially "Dead!" and "Teenagers" is her ringtone. She actually really surprises me, she likes all the music except for anything off of "Bullets", but it is growing on her. It's actually kind of weird though

My Mum loves MCR!! I know!! its kinda weird but she is into that kinda music.. and I made her a CD and she always listens to it in the car hahaha..

My Dad is a different story..
he thinks they are weird *pulls horrified expression* and he doesnt get it.. but Im pretty sure he just say that to piss me off LOL and he calls them the "Chemical Romance Brothers" cos he gets it mixed up with the chemical brothers XD Im pretty sure hes just tryna be funny though..

My dad is sort of getting into them. My mom likes Helena. My brother thinks they're okay, but he HATES I Don't Love You.

my dad hates how obsessed i am with them, but i lent him TBP, and he now likes them.. esp cancer... lolz.
my mums neutral. she doesnt listen to them, but she'll happily buy me merch etc if it makes me happy and isnt too crazy..... yayz!!!

My whole family pretty much hates them.

Well, my mum doesn't see what's so special about them. I always point them out when they’re on television and my mum just doesn't get it.

My dad thinks I'm moving on to the dark said (it's been said before, yeah). He always says that they just always wear black and scream into the microphone.

My brother? He calls them a bunch of emos. He said Gerard has weird hair. He said Mikey was a nerd 'cause of his glasses, even though he doesn't wear them anymore.

Of course, I stick up for them. But, the message just doesn't get through.

Well my Dad obviously hates my obsession with them, but hasn't heard enough of their music to have any opinion.

And as for my Mom, I wouldn't know, Or care what she thinks of them, for that matter. I hardly ever see her or my siblings.
