They are doing shows in August here in the States. Apparently very limited dates, and just "for fun" Then in November come the shows everyone is DYING for: the 20th anniversary shows. Those will probably be more extensive, and dates in NYC, LA and Chicago have been confirmed but no dates announced. In early 2009, there are supposed to be Era themed shows taking place, but there has been no absolute about what that will consist of. There is also word floating around of a Gish boxset coming out in September.

If you put it into YouTube, you can hear it being played live at one of the shows from last week. It sounds so awesome, but it's hard to make out the lyrics. I'm also in an interview that was put on SP.com I think that in a week or two, I'm in one of the pictures that will be used for another article to be posted on the official site.

For the cities that have two night stands, they are being promised as having two completely different set lists each night. And in NYC they are doing a two night pass deal. There are more dates to be announced apparently. It sounds like it's going to be super cool and I can't wait to go. I hope some of the rest of you can make it as well.
