No problem! I'm bad with directions anyhow, so I figured
it'd be best to find a source rather than guessing where it was

^^ I am TERRIBLE with directions. I get lost everywhere. Unless it's a road I travel on every day, I can't remember it. My "dad" got me a GPS for my birthday, it is my most treasured possession. He thought it would keep me from wrecking my car trying to read the crap directions off of MapQuest printouts. Now I have to reprogram it to tell me how to get to that parking lot....I had the theater's address saved before. No biggie.

Haha I'm pretty horrible with directions myself. I only know the street names
within the vicinity, and by sight, the surroundings and everything.
The sad thing is, I know more of downtown Chicago than I do here [i'm in the suburbs, not all too far].

They don't allow it at all, so I would recommend just
not bringing it. If they see you with it during the show,
they'll take it then too. I know, it really sucks, because
I wanted to start my photography portfolio and I thought
the concert would be the perfect place to do it, but
I don't want my camera taken away or that = no portfolio
whatsoever.


We're all still on the the gift-giving, right? I've still got Frankie,
I gotta go get him some skittles and something else, just
don't know what yet. 11 days already!!

So now that it's a little closer to time, what's the weather like? Keep in mind I've been in the lovely Florida 70s & 80s for the past couple of months. Do I need to pack for warm or cold? weather.com exists only to fuck me, so I don't trust what they say. Sorry for such a dumb question, but if it's still super-cold, I need to hit the stores for some clothes, I don't have much in the way of cold-weather gear.

It's actually been pretty dang nice the past couple weeks [minus the random cold fronts], it's been 50's/60's. I think the weather will be nice, unless it decides to rain or something. Which I hope it doesn't. Are you riding in a car that you or someone you know owns? Cause then I would suggest bringing a jacket just in case, then leaving it in the car if it's nice enough outside.

^^ Yes, it's my best friend from college and I driving up in her car. But she and I are as different as night and day when it comes to comfortable temperatures -- I consider high 70's comfortable, whereas she goes out in Midwest winters in shorts and tees.

One of my friends here bought me an excellent jersey hoodie. I think it will be my hoodie of choice next weekend.

Tara, what are you planning to wear? I'd like to say hi, if I see you around. You've been awesome, it would be neat to meet you. So far I know I'll be meeting up with MCRmom as well. Too bad we can't take cameras, I'd love to get a big group photo.

Haha, I'm the same with your friend's choice of weather, I
lovelovelove cooler weather as opposed to warm weather.


But anyhow, I'm going to make a hand-made t-shirt especially
for the concert, and I'll probably a hoodie along at least on the ride
there so that I won't regret it if it's
too cold or rainy. I'd love to meet you! I want to meet as many
people as possible, which is why we should do the
'INO' writing on our arms. I wish we could bring our cameras
for a group photo too, you know how awesome that would be?
And just to bring it in general. Stupid theater. :[

I'd love to get a group photo. I think that would be wicked fun. I was thinking of maybe bringing a disposable camera, taking some photos, then running it back to the car. Disposable so that just in case I can't get it to the car, it's not as big of a deal if I lose it or get it taken by security. Maybe if I put my name and address on it and gave him like $20, the security guard who takes it would mail it to me after?
