I think the song has a lot to do with Gerard's past.

When he started drinking and taking drugs..maybe.
I'm not really sure if it's another person or anything like that.

That does make alot of sence. I would have never saw it that way but I do agree

XD) but how people are such hipocrites, and liars, and nobody really cares about one another and only get together when theres like a funeral...and also how they dont really want to be there and they just wanna party after the damn funeral cuz they dont give a fuck ....thats basically what i thought. ..which i think is very true...

Ya... this song does really sound like a high school drama type topic. It seems to be about dealling with various types of personalities at school and in the end just being sick of it all and bearly being able to handle how pityful it all is, which resorts to alcohol and drug abuse.

I think it is about the patient dieing.

My guess is it was supposed to be the last song on the album (besides blood of corse (sp?)

Who knows, the high school thing does make sence though...

Yeah I'd thought something like that too, I thought it was about a boy/girl who was popular at high school, but He/She didn't have real friends, they were all lying about eachother.

So after highschool they didn't contact eachother and he/she ended up alone. So 8 years after high school he/she had an idea and murderd one of his/her old friends
-the I-character hasn't seen the murdered person in 8 years

and they all got together,

but all they wanted to do was party with eachother after the funeral,

and then they went away to their homes and she ended up alone.
