I was vegetarian for 3 years and a few months and I'v been vegan for 6 months. I do it for the animals, but I love that it helps the enviroment and other things.

Morningstar is okay,but they have a tendency to put milk/eggs in to breading on veggie things. i also love smart bacon. in the words of gerard, "vegan bacon is the best kind of bacon"

I stay pescetarian, but refuse to eat wales and other big sea creatures.. I feel bad everytime I eat fish.. so it's onle once a week. My hope is to become fully vegan

My mom still encourages me to eat fish, because she wants me to keep getting omega 3 But I'm definitely going to stop asap. :]

Chantal Bleeding on the Floor Age: 29 Gender: Female Posts: 1015	September 4th, 2008 at 07:06pm ^^ It's completely healthy There is nothing you can''t get from other sources that you can get from meat. Vegans have to worry about B vitamins, but you should be getting those from animal products such as dairy and the like. Don't let your parents fool you-research it and you'll see if you eat a variety of food you should be getting all you nutrients. Sorry if I come across as know it all-I read a lot about nutrition. It fascinates me plus I have to make sure I'm getting all my nutrients seeing there is nothing close to a remotely nutritional vegan lunch at my school.
