Age: - Gender: Female Posts: 1712 | June 1st, 2008 at 07:28am It sounded like a great time. I'm so sad that I couldn't be there. My friend and I were like, "Let's take a road trip to England!" but I don't see how we could do that since there is a big thing called an ocean in between. And you can't take a road trip across th ocean. =[
Anyway, as many people have already said, I have never been more proud to be an MCR fan. And I'm so glad the guys know about it. |

i actually really like perez hilton.
that video sort of confused me.
was it filmed to show the protest in good light or to show what 'anon' did? [which, let's face it, was basically walk about with a few signs, playing venga-boys...although i really like the venga boys too. xD].
and ' EMO: THE MOVIE' : oh god, that killed me. |

The worst bit was when they were idiot enough to set a Daily Mail alight. |

That's what I did. <3
And they set a Daily Mail alight? That's going a bit too far. |

i was just watching some videos on youtube, and yeah, they sort of just stood there.
xD.

The Kooks. Really Not Okay
Age: 30 Gender: Female Posts: 627 | June 1st, 2008 at 08:15am est. 6661: It reached US news!
CNN.
The boys know!!!
They said that the boys had gone to an interview earlier and it showed a clip, and it's Gerard, Mikey, and Ray and they look downright estatic.
Gerard says
"I can't believe all those fans did that."
Ray: "I can."
Mikey: We have the best fans on the fucking Earth. There isn't any question about it.
Gerard: I'm so proud of all those kids that went out there. They stood up for what they believe in. That's the fucking point of everything we do. I'm so fucking proud.
Then it cuts back to the news going on about the protest, how many people attended.
Then it shows a few clips of interviews, and Anni saying about how when she's depressed she turns to MCR.
Oh. My. Freakin'. God. *Goes crazy*
Gaah I'm so happy I went and was one of the organisers! Reading that made me so happy and teary eyed!
I'm so happy we made a difference and did something to stand up for ourselves. The band hearing about it is just the cherry on the cake. (:
(Meeting Brigitte and being interviewed by her was the icing on the cake XD. So they are the cherry ) |
